On Wednesday morning, an elite RCMP unit caught the attention of travelers at the Tsawwassen terminal.
BC Ferries confirmed that the RCMP Emergency Response Team (ERT) conducted arrests at the terminal, but it was clarified that the RCMP’s actions were not directly related to BC Ferries operations.
Spokesperson Shiryn Sayani reassured the public, stating, “There is no impact on BC Ferries’ operations or services.”
The Delta Police Department emphasized that their officers were not involved in the incident.
