The Durham police are currently seeking a suspect following a shooting incident that occurred in Oshawa over the weekend.
On Saturday morning, law enforcement responded to a disturbance at the intersection of Annis and Douglas streets at approximately 10:50 a.m. in response to reports of an individual armed with a weapon.
Upon investigation, authorities discovered two vehicles that had been struck by bullets, and multiple bullet casings were found scattered along the road.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed or heard anything suspicious in the vicinity between 2:00 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. on October 11 to come forward and assist with the investigation.
