Authorities in Saint-Constant, a suburb on Montreal’s South Shore, are currently probing a fire that destroyed a mobile photo radar unit on Monday night. The incident, labeled as having a “suspicious origin,” took place on Highway 30 at kilometer 48.5, prompting a late-night response from the police at around 11:45 p.m. The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) revealed that the evidence collected indicates foul play behind the blaze. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, and the investigation is still ongoing.
