Shots fired at Cloverdale business, Surrey police say

The Surrey Police Service (SPS) says it is investigating after reports of shots fired at at least one business near 175 Street and 58 Avenue.

Officers were called to the area shortly before 2:30 p.m., the SPS says.

“Upon arrival, police located at least one business damaged by the gunshots,” it said.

Around 20 minutes later, police responded to a report of a vehicle on fire near 20 Avenue and 174 Street. Investigators are working to determine if this is related to the shots fired incident.
