An electrical issue affecting the northbound counterflow lane at the Massey Tunnel has northbound traffic bumper-to-bumper on Highway 99 at the Delta Works Yard, according to DriveBC.
As of 9:45 a.m., only two lanes northbound and one lane southbound are available.
Northbound traffic is backed up halfway from the Delta Works Yard and Highway 17. Southbound is jammed from before Blundell.
The Alex Fraser Bridge can be used as an alternate route, but that route is beginning to back up northbound as well.
