York Regional Police have reported that a 19-year-old man faces charges of sexual assault in connection to an incident at an amusement park in Vaughan.
According to authorities, on May 25, a young woman was visiting the amusement park with her friends when she was reportedly sexually assaulted by a ride operator while boarding a ride during safety checks.
Jugaad Dhami, 19, hailing from Brampton, was apprehended on Wednesday and has been accused of one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference.
