The Laval police are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent car arson incident.
On the early morning of August 2, a vehicle parked on a public street in the Chomedey district of Laval was deliberately set ablaze around 6:15 a.m. near the Voltaire and De Véronne streets intersection.
Surveillance camera footage captured a young man, described as having dark skin and wearing all black, lingering around the vehicle for an extended period. The individual is believed to have ignited the fire before swiftly leaving the area.
