“Local Vape Shop Owner Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault Inside Burlington Store”

A Burlington business owner has been charged by Halton police following an alleged sexual assault that took place inside a vape shop. The incident, as reported by the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS), involved an adult female victim at Vape on Plains II, situated at 1376 Plains Rd. East. The victim was reportedly alone in the store when the assault occurred.

The accused, identified as Mouhamad “Frank” Sabra, aged 64 and a resident of Burlington, is the owner of Vape on Plains II and a second location, Vape on Plains, located at 70 Plains Rd. West. Sabra was apprehended by the police on Sept. 8 and faces charges of sexual assault and breaching a probation order. Following his arrest, he was remanded in custody pending a bail hearing.

Authorities suspect that there could be other victims and have shared a photo of the accused individual for identification purposes.
