A 16-year-old boy is recovering from injuries after being randomly stabbed by a man in Hamilton’s west end. The incident took place on Wednesday evening when the teen called 911 to report the attack. Police responded to the scene at Main Street West and Frid Street, where they found the victim. Fortunately, the injuries were deemed non-life-threatening by doctors at the hospital. The police swiftly located and apprehended a 37-year-old man in connection with the incident. Further investigation led to the recovery of the suspected weapon by the Hamilton Police K9 Unit. Authorities are urging anyone with information or video footage to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
