Residents of Montreal will come together on Friday to mark the 20th anniversary of a tragic shooting that claimed the life of 18-year-old student Anastasia De Sousa and left 19 others wounded back on September 13, 2006.
In remembrance of the victims and those impacted by the devastating event, the Dawson College community, joined by alumni, retirees, friends, and supporters, will convene at the Peace Garden within Dawson College. This serene garden was a product of a community-driven effort that raised funds to create a place dedicated to reflection, remembrance, and optimism.
