After nearly a year of striking, flight attendants at Pascan Aviation have successfully reached a new collective agreement, leading to the suspension of the strike.
The announcement was made on Wednesday by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), which represents the flight attendants affiliated with the FTQ.
The indefinite strike, which began on October 28, 2025, has come to an end with an agreement in principle reached on Tuesday evening for the 19 flight attendants employed by this regional carrier.
While the specific details of the agreement have not been disclosed, CUPE has stated that the members will have the opportunity to vote on its contents in the upcoming weeks, following the union tradition of keeping such information confidential initially.
Pascan Aviation, headquartered at Montreal-Saint-Hubert Airport, now known as Montreal Metropolitan Airport, is the company at the center of this labor dispute.
