A group of vandals caused damage to a commercial building in the bustling Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie neighborhood on a recent Tuesday night. The Montreal Police Service (SPVM) responded to the scene on Saint-Urbain Street after reports of vandalism near Saint-Zotique Street West.
From the incident, a 25-year-old woman has been apprehended and taken in for questioning to determine her involvement in the vandalism spree. The preliminary examination revealed broken windows and graffiti scrawled across the building’s walls.
One of the graffiti messages included the phrase “expletive AI,” hinting at a potential connection to companies specializing in artificial intelligence within the building.
Authorities are currently reviewing surveillance footage and gathering evidence to progress the investigation.
