Roslyn Elementary School Unites for Annual Terry Fox Run
Students, teachers, and the community of Roslyn Elementary School in Westmount recently united for their annual Terry Fox Run, a heartfelt initiative commemorating the legacy of Eddy Nolan, a cherished former member of the school community.
With an initial fundraising goal of $18,000 for cancer research, the school community has already surpassed expectations by raising over $20,000.
Eddy Nolan, who tragically lost his battle with cancer a few years ago, was a dedicated advocate for cancer research and a fervent believer in the Terry Fox cause.
His spirit endures at Roslyn Elementary, where each year, students, teachers, parents, and the wider community engage in a month-long fundraising campaign to support cancer research efforts and contribute to finding a cure.
