In a disturbing incident on Thursday night, a man fell victim to a knife attack at a park in Montreal’s Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie area.
The Montreal police, known as SPVM, swiftly responded to a distress call around 12:20 a.m. regarding an armed assault at the Mont-Royal Ave. and Augustin-Frigon Street intersection.
Upon reaching the location, officers found the victim suffering from upper-body wounds.
The 23-year-old injured man was promptly taken to the hospital, where his condition is reported to be stable, as per the police.
At present, no individuals have been apprehended in connection with the attack.
