Quebecers are on the verge of potentially making history this Friday with a chance to win a massive $108 million in the upcoming Lotto Max draw. This includes a groundbreaking jackpot of $90 million, setting the stage for an exciting event.
The draw scheduled for Oct. 16 holds the promise of not only producing a multimillionaire but up to 18 instant millionaires through the Maxmillions prizes. Additionally, there are 90 prizes of $100,000 each up for grabs, as confirmed by Loto-Québec.
Isabelle Jean, the executive vice-president and COO of lottery games at Loto-Québec, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming draw, mentioning that over 110 millionaires have been created by Loto-Québec so far this year. She emphasized the potential impact of the record-breaking $90 million Lotto Max jackpot on families across Quebec.
Québec Lotto Max players have collectively claimed over $4.371 billion in total prizes, with 54 jackpot wins to date. Noteworthy are the three $70-million jackpots, the largest ever won in Québec, occurring on Feb. 25 and Oct. 9, 2020, and June 7, 2022.
