A woman in her 60s died after a vehicle ran off the road on Saturday in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton, Que.
Around 6 p.m., emergency services were called to a private property in the Rang Saint-Joseph area of Saint-Élie-de-Caxton. An off-road vehicle had veered off the road.
“The driver, a woman in her 60s from Nicolet, was unfortunately found dead at the scene,” said Sûreté du Québec (SQ) spokesperson Sergeant Frédéric Deshaies.
A crash investigator went to the scene of the accident to analyze and better understand the causes and circumstances surrounding the incident.
An investigation is underway.
