Port Moody Police are investigating a serious collision that occurred between a motorcyclist and a pedestrian on Friday afternoon. The incident took place on the 3000 block of Murray Street, leading to the closure of the area in both directions for investigation.
Authorities were called to the scene around 3:15 p.m. and found that both the motorcyclist and pedestrian had sustained serious injuries. Both individuals were promptly transported to the hospital for medical attention.
Constable Sam Zacharias mentioned, “The road closure will be in effect in both directions while the investigation continues. We urge any witnesses who have not yet come forward to reach out to us.”
