A pedestrian in North York was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after being hit by a hit-and-run driver on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred at the intersection of Jane Street and Falstaff Avenue at approximately 4:48 p.m.
Toronto Police revealed that the victim was struck by a vehicle when the driver unexpectedly stepped out of his car. Shockingly, the driver responsible for the collision fled the scene before authorities could intervene.
