Authorities are seeking a suspect linked to a recent sexual assault incident at a restaurant in Parkdale.
The incident unfolded at a dining establishment located near Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue in Toronto when the Toronto police received a distress call at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 9th.
According to reports, a male suspect allegedly followed the victim into the restroom and proceeded to sexually assault them before swiftly fleeing the scene. The victim was promptly transported to a medical facility for treatment of minor injuries sustained during the assault.
The suspect is described as standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, with short black hair and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing a black sleeveless shirt, grey shorts, light-colored boots, and carrying a black crossbody bag. Notably, he also bears a clock tattoo on the back of his right arm.
Authorities have released a photograph of the suspect and are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and assist the police in their investigation.
