Montrealers are in for some beautiful weather to start the weekend before showers move in on the final weekend before the school year begins.
Friday will be sunny, with temperatures reaching 25 Celsius during the day and clear skies at night with a low of 13 C.
A gorgeous sunny day also is also forecast for Saturday, with a high of 27 C and a low of 19 C. Clouds roll in late afternoon with a chance of showers in the evening.
Sunday is expected to cloudy with a high of 24 C and a 60 per cent of chance of showers. Showers continuing throughout the evening and a low of 15 C.
The long-term forecast for early next week –the last week of August– calls for a mix of rain and sun with temperatures hovering in the low 20s.
