“Brampton Man Arrested for Spree of Armed Retail Heists”

Within a span of 10 days last month, a man from Brampton has been accused of committing a series of armed robberies at various retail stores. Peel Regional Police revealed that between August 14 and August 24, the suspect targeted five businesses in Brampton, wielding a large knife and demanding money during each incident. Fortunately, no physical harm was reported in any of these encounters.

22-year-old Teepinder Singh Ghuman was apprehended by authorities on August 29 and now faces multiple charges related to these robberies. Ghuman has been accused of robbery, disguise with intent to commit a crime, and attempting an indictable offence. He is currently awaiting a bail hearing as the investigation continues.
