According to the electoral agency, individuals looking for election information in English will need to visit their website or scan the QR code provided on the French-only printed materials. This decision has drawn criticism for its potential impact on non-French speakers and elderly citizens who may face challenges accessing digital resources.
A court hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m.
