Montreal authorities are currently looking into a violent altercation that occurred in the Ville-Marie neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon.
The incident, which involved two individuals, took place at the intersection of Sainte-Catherine Street and De Lorimier Avenue, prompting a swift response from law enforcement.
According to reports, a man was attacked with a sharp object by another individual after a disagreement escalated. The victim, aged 42, sustained upper body injuries but remained conscious as he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
