The Vancouver Police Department is currently looking into a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on the Granville Street Bridge, leading to six individuals being transported to the hospital on Sunday afternoon.
According to the VPD, a tow truck, a bus, and two other vehicles were part of the accident, which took place at approximately 5 p.m.
Among the six individuals injured, one sustained severe, life-altering injuries, while the remaining five suffered minor injuries.
Following the collision, the bridge was shut down in both directions for several hours as authorities conducted their investigation. It finally reopened around 10:30 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are still being examined by the authorities.
