Defense Minister Concerned Over Former Soldier Suspect in Synagogue Shooting
Canadian Defense Minister David McGuinty expressed deep concern over the involvement of a former soldier in the shooting incident outside a Belleville synagogue on Sunday.
The suspect, Sean Ward, a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces, tragically died in a hospital following a confrontation with the police outside the Sons of Jacob synagogue.
