The franchise’s history was celebrated, with special recognition given to loyal season ticket holders and former UConn legends like Nykesha Sales and Rebecca Lobo, who were instrumental in shaping the team’s identity over the years. Notably, Sales, now an assistant coach at UConn, was among those honored during the poignant event.
