Toronto authorities are actively seeking at least one individual following a shooting incident that left a man in critical condition in Scarborough on Friday night.
Law enforcement officers responded to a report of a shooting in the Neilson Road and Wickson Trail vicinity, situated north of Sheppard Avenue East, shortly before 9:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officials discovered a man who had sustained a gunshot wound.
Paramedics conveyed the injured man to a trauma center, describing his injuries as severe and potentially life-threatening.
The victim’s age remains undisclosed at this time, and the police do not currently have a description of the suspect involved.
