The Ministry of Labour in Ontario has launched an investigation following the tragic death of a truck driver in Vaughan. The incident, labeled as a “workplace incident” by officials, was reported on October 10, resulting in one fatality.
In a statement to CityNews, ministry officials stated that an inspector was dispatched to the scene. However, due to the ongoing investigation, limited information is currently available.
Despite inquiries for additional details, York Regional Police declined to comment further and directed all queries to the Ministry of Labour.
