Vancouver Police have charged a middle-aged man for allegedly sexually assaulting another man in a restroom at English Bay beach. The incident is reported to have taken place on a sunny afternoon of July 20th.
The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was taken into custody following the incident. He is facing charges of sexual assault and violating a release order, awaiting a bail hearing.
