Montreal’s Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel will be fully closed in both directions Friday night into Saturday, as workers repair the tunnel’s electrical and communication systems.
Highway 25 towards South Shore
Highway 25 towards the South Shore will also be closed between Exit 5 and Souligny Avenue from Thursday night into Friday. The tunnel will remain accessible from the Souligny Avenue entrance.
The following night, Highway 25 towards the South Shore will be closed between Exit 5 and the entrance from Île Charron.
Highway 25 toward Montreal
From Thursday night to Friday morning, the two right lanes of Highway 25 northbound between the entrance from Notre-Dame Street and Exit 5 will be closed.
There will be a complete closure of the entrance from Notre-Dame Street East, and Exit 5.
From Friday night to Saturday morning, Highway 25 will be closed between Exit 90 and the entrance from Yves-Prévost Boulevard.
Highway 20 eastbound
Highway 20 Eastbound will be completely closed between Exit 95 the De Montarville Boulevard entrance from Friday night to Monday morning.
Also during that period, De Montarville Boulevard Southbound – under Highway 20 – will be closed.
