Surrey Police are appealing to the public for dash-cam footage following a major collision involving a Honda Civic and a semi-truck.
Authorities were quick to respond to the incident at the junction of 176 Street and 32 Avenue around 8 p.m. on September 18.
Upon arrival, emergency medical aid was rendered to the sole occupant of the Honda Civic before she was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the semi-truck and trailer, on the other hand, seemed unharmed. While investigations are still at a preliminary stage, officials have ruled out alcohol as a contributing factor to the crash.
